Judi's Tree

A decadent festive centrepiece comprising layers of our signature olive oil ricotta cake, sweet mango curd, tangy raspberry jam and zippy yuzu buttercream! Our Judi's Tree is finished with vanilla buttercream, fresh cherries and tiny edible silver baubles, and of course, no Christmas treat is complete without a ribbon on top!

Available in two sizes!

Little Judi is 20 cm wide x 15 cm tall : 5 layers serve up to 10 dessert portions, or up to 20 coffee portions.

Big Judi is 25 cm wide x 23 cm tall : 7 layers serve up to 15 dessert portions or up to 30 coffee portions.

Allergens: dairy, eggs, gluten.
Made in the same environment where nuts are handled.

Storage and Transport:

We recommend heading straight home with this creation, and straight into the fridge! This cake keeps beautifully in the fridge for up to 3 days, however, please ensure it is refrigerated in the box you receive it in to ensure the silver baubles maintain their sheen. (May require a little fridge shelf adjustment for the large size!) 

Served at room temperature.

Available from Wednesday - Saturday until 23rd December.
